PAYMENTS AND MAINTENANCE REQUESTS**
Sweyer Property Management is transitioning to a new software provider the first week of December, 2019. We ask for your patience as we make this transition in order to better serve you.
ONLINE PAYMENTS & MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
- If you were set up on auto pay in our previous system, you will need to reenter your information in the new system to set up the auto pay again. We encourage you to immediately set up your portal and payment information in the new system.
- We are working on updating your accounts into the new system, please check for the most current information on Thursday, December 5th, 2019.

IMPORTANT FEES CHARGED BY THE NEW SOFTWARE PROVIDER
- E Check: $1.95 service fee when using your checking, routing and account numbers.
- Credit/Debit Card: $33 service fee when using credit or debit cards.
