Originally from Brunswick County, North Carolina, Volpe entered the real estate industry in 2016 when he and his dad started a construction company. Through his work in construction, Volpe learned the ins and outs of every facet of real estate, from building to buying. With Volpe on board, he and the Sweyer team aspire to continue expanding long-term property management services into Brunswick County. His versatile skill set translates well to residential property management and gives Volpe a unique industry perspective.
