Vacant Property Showing Instructions

Currently vacant properties may be viewed by checking out keys at our office at 1612 Military Cutoff Rd, Suite 101 in Wilmington.  You will be required to leave a $20 Cash Key Deposit and a copy of your Valid ID. You may check out up to 5 keys at a time; all keys must be returned 1/2 hour before we close the same business day (4:30 pm during the week and 2:30 pm on Saturday) at which time you will be refunded your $20 key deposit.

APPT ONLY & Furnished Property Showing Instructions

For the properties that are currently occupied or otherwise require scheduled appointments, we will need to set up an appointment for you to view; however, we ask that you drive by the property to confirm your interest in the home and the surrounding area first. Once you have confirmed your interest, please come by the office to fill out a brief guest card that will be needed to make an appointment for viewing. You will need to bring a valid ID. Once we have this information from you, we will be happy to contact the appropriate party (Tenant/Owner/Agent) and set up an appointment for you. Please note, it may take a day or two to schedule the appointment as we will need to coincide your schedule with the current tenant’s occupying person or agent for the showing.
